I expressed my disappointment directly but after a few emails things have been sorted and things are good. the training programmes are helping me with my transition from Disabled bodybuilding to Adaptive crossfit , but i would really like someone to lead in adaptive crossfit and create more for the adaptive/disabled athletes and newcomers . Daniel has been very understanding and patient with me and also very kind so i thank him truly for that. For the 2026 open, I recorded my video, then they added a logo over the corner. No option as to where this logo would go. Unfortunately it covered up some of my movements, so they couldn’t be seen. Contacted them and they essentially blamed me for it. No it wasn’t the memory, no it wasn’t the signal, it was the app freezing or having an issue. Not good when you have one day left to film and submit and have an athlete out everything into a workout, only for it to cut short. I’ve just lost faith in the app as a whole so use alternatives ### 1/5 — Nicht mehr kostenfrei nutzbar *2024-07-02* Ich wollte die App zum qualifier filmen benutzen Allerdings ist es nicht mehr möglich die App kostenlos zu benutzen. Ich hatte dann extra ein 14 tägiges free trial abgeschlossen. Nach der Kündigung wollte ich erneut einen qualifier filmen und es steht dass ich das 14 tägige free trial nutzen soll ansonsten kann man auch ohne umsonst filmen. Es geht aber nicht. Wenn ich das trial wegswipe kann ich nicht filmen, denn das Fenster geht wieder auf sobald ich auf Record drücke. Drücke ich auf 14 Tage free Trial so soll ich 59,99€ bezahlen. I contacted them to inquire and they were not helpful. So my membership was not only overpriced but useless. When considering this app, be sure to sort the reviews by most recent. They haven’t gotten good reviews in a long time. ### 1/5 — Terrible update *2024-05-13, version 5.8.3* Now you have to open the video to save to your device which then kills your music. The app then has a memory problem and has to be restarted between each recording, so if you are recording multiple sets you have to reopen each time. The dialogue box to switch to name rather then nickname/ username can’t be permanently dismissed. It pops up every single time you go to record, so as above: 5 sets of one strength base exercise you get the dialogue box and have to restart the app 5 times. Each time having to go back to your music to turn it back on. Absolutely awful app experience. Paid for premium to save to cloud and that didn’t even work. Didn’t mean to purchase but so glad I did! *2024-08-06, version 5.9.2* I didn’t want any more subscriptions and thought that this was only about competition recordings but it is so much more- I’m delighted! There are many programs to choose from plus some really interesting add ons. The WODs are very challenging and there are a variety to choose from- I was about to join a new gym for a change in programming but this has a lot to offer and kept me interested. Had some issues with the mobility section but now it’s working it really is excellent! You do a test- on camera- and are given an assessment. There are then daily mobility exercises specifically for you highlighted areas of weakness. Just started this so can’t comment on how effective it is but am pleased with what’s been identified already. Recently been on holiday and there’s even at-home workouts that helped keep things ticking over- I feel like they’ve thought of everything. I’m only a month in so would like to complete a 12 week program to provide a fully comprehensive comment but tbh- it has exactly what I want from a CrossFit program- plus areas of weakness to spend a little time on. The customer service was good too- resolving the mobility issue and addressing a cited but missing element that I believe has now been fixed. The tone and conversations with customer service interactions were very positive and constructive too. I’m very pleased overall, it has a lot more to offer than I expected.
