## What is WODsoup?

WODsoup allows you to program, run, and track your workouts in an easy-to-use interface — built for coaches, trainers, athletes, and anyone who plans their training instead of winging it.

PROGRAM IT
Pick a focus, muscle group, and add exercises to your workout. Nearly 200 exercises built in, and you can add your own whenever we don't have what you need. Search works from every screen.

BUILD THE SESSION
Name it, tag it, and leave a coaching note for the day. Set sets, reps, weight, and rest per exercise. Group movements into supersets, and add a warmup.

USE IT AT THE GYM
Every saved workout lands on your calendar and opens in the Workout tab, ready to go. Log what you lifted each set, and use programmed rest timers.

TRACK REAL PROGRESS
Every exercise keeps its own history. The progression chart shows estimated one-rep max rather than raw weight, so a 3×10 day and a 3×5 day sit on the same scale — you will see whether you're actually getting stronger.

BUILT FOR COACHING
— Tag sessions for specific clients or classes
— Duplicate or repeat workouts across multiple days
— Supersets and warmups

PRIVATE BY DESIGN
No accounts. Everything you enter syncs through your own iCloud — the same way Notes and Reminders do — and nobody but you ever sees it. Just a fast and easy way to plan and log training.

## Version history (last 5 releases)

### 1.4 — 2026-09-07

Personal Records: tap the new trophy button on the exercise screen to keep your best lift at 1, 2, 3, and 5 reps for any movement. Enter the maxes you already own by hand, and every lift gets a percentage table for programming like "5×3 @ 80%" — rounded down to a loadable weight.

Plus: a fix for workouts that could stall before reaching iCloud, and a smoother sign-up — Sign Out is reachable immediately, and your email carries into the next step.

### 1.3 — 2026-08-28

New stuff coming

### 1.2 — 2026-08-16

What's new in 1.2

• Light mode, plus an appearance setting for light, dark, or follow iPhone
• Program weight as a percentage of max — "3×5 @ 80%" reads throughout everywhere
• Percent calculator, with your max prefilled from logged history
• Suggested loads: a %-based exercise shows what it works out to from your own history, greyed in until you log the real number
• Post-workout summary, with new personal bests called out
• See whether a workout has reached iCloud yet
• Full Dynamic Type support and accessibility fixes throughout
• Fixed: logged weights carrying into the next exercise, the summary
interrupting weight entry, undo restoring a workout without its logged
sets, and the editor opening a saved workout with no exercises in it

### 1.1 — 2026-08-14

Cloudsync fixes.
Bug fixes and improvements.

### 1.0 — 2026-08-13

No release notes.
