Time scheduling stopped working!

Have had charger 3 months, charger will not allow a scheduled charge any longer have been talking with customer service for a week and they can’t fix it, so you have to charge during peak times or stay up all night to get off peak rates, also you lose the electric company rebate for charging during off peak times. at this time i would not buy this charger again.

Since a firmware update was needed- I have tried numerous times and it “times out”. And therefore I can’t charge my car !  What do I do ?????  It won’t let me charge my car without the update and the update won’t work.

The scheduled charging feature doesn’t work as intuitively as one might think.   I have peak and off peak electric hours. I set it to turn on at 7pm and turn off at 4pm daily. Come home and plug in at 7:01? It isn’t going to charge without manually telling it to do so.  Guess I’ll be setting alarms on my phone to plug in the car when the electric cost drops again…

Good app but it can be better, not easily shared between friends, when charge is complete by the car it doesn’t stop the hours plugged in, it it counts is as charging!

Charger is stuck in car, device was only charging at 6amp despite being rated for 48, and car battery temperature went to 99 degrees F.

No issues with the charger or the app. Wish there was an option to override the scheduled charging and automatically go back to scheduled charging after override session is completed. Otherwise, happy customer.

Pretty basic features… not useful beyond activating the charger…wouldn’t rely on the app for remote mgt or smart charging

It does the job but it’s typical from where this device is made. Lots of room for improvements and some odd UI choices but it charges, shows all details on current charge and charge history.
