Email address：contact@wolfbox.com and our professional staff will assist you with the issue. ### 2/5 — Decent but big issues *2024-07-30* The app is decent overall, but there are two issues: To switch between multiple fridges, I must restart the app. Without restarting, the first fridge will connect, but the next attempt will hang indefinitely. I truly hope this can be fixed, as it’s annoying and only hurts customers that have invested in multiple Wolfbox products. Pro tip: don’t punish your most loyal customers with a degraded experience. Fridges will dual zones will only show the current temp tied to the left zone. This might be a firmware limitation, as the fridge itself seems to almost always report that the temp is always exactly what I set the target temp to and I have to question if the system can truly report the right side temp given that there is no way the temperature is that consistent. ### 3/5 — Specify model compatibility *2023-12-30, version 1.1.3* Guess it doesn’t work with the G840S… :( ### 2/5 — Download not viewable *2023-12-30* I have the G840-H, I downloaded the app on my IPhone. Just keep telling me connection failed. I tried stopping it from recording while trying to connect but starts recording anyways. I looked everywhere to see what else i can do and it only gave me a headache to where i am here leaving a freakin review. But for some reason my G840-H doesn’t even have a wifi tab in the mirror it’s self even tho the box says WiFi on it. False advertising ### 1/5 — G850 4k *2024-02-07* It is a bad application because if you do not have the dash with WiFi you cannot use the application. Had this professionally installed at Best Buy. The installer said this unit was by far the top if the line, it even topped there best. Installed 2 weeks love it, captured a collision and aided the police in an accident involving serious injuries. Love, Love, Love it! Don’t wait 10 years, protect yourself. I was an idiot and forgot to put phone on airplane mode in order to be able to connect to the dashcam. WolfBox has the best quality video of the 5 or 6 brands I tested. I bought two T-10 mirror style cams and love how easy they are to use. The best part is that my car rear-view “mirror” provided a better view than the factory mirror, eliminating ALL side blind spots. For the T10 the only thing I did not like is that the front camera, which swivels in the mount, does not swivel quite enough. It could afford to move just a teeny bit more so I could have the display pointed just a bit more toward the driver, rather than toward the center of the car. But it is still just fine. When I had issues and ideas for firmware improvement, I emailed customer service and was amazingly surprised that 1) they responded, 2) quickly and 3) that they updated the firmware based on my input. 4) sent other things to improve my cameras. In the last year I sold those two cars and bought a new one. As technology changes, again, I bought and tested a few different cameras. This time I bought the D07 cameras. Not two, but THREE! For me, my GF and her daughter. Be sure to get the “hard wire kit” if you want to add recording during parking too.
