I’m not sure how long it’s been since I last used it, 5 or 6 months? Can’t log in, can’t sign up, can’t reset password. It’s a shame

This has always been a difficult app to navigate but it doesn’t work at all anymore. I tried to log in today and got nowhere. I tried to reset my password….nothing. Tried to sign up with a different email address……nothing. It’s a shame because there was a lot of great live music to explore.

I loved this amazing app and have used it for years. I have a lot of bootleg and rare concert performances from my favorite artists, and there were things on Wolfgang’s Vault that I had never even heard before!  The selections were huge, the quality was great, the ability to scroll through artist names and find rare recordings was a great way to find new music. 

But as of August 2025, the service seems dead. A few years ago they required logging in with an account before you listen to music. So I’m used to using the sign on screen. But now entering my credentials does nothing—you click the sign in button and nothing happens. I thought maybe my older phone was the issue so I tried it on my new iPad Pro with the most recent iOS—same problem. So it appears this excellent app has bit the dust. RIP! I loved it

Continuous glitching and lack of access. I happily pay a monthly subscription but lately it’s not been worth it as the app has been either glitching or not accessible just about every time I try to use it. Hopefully a permanent solution is reached soon. It’s a shame that such a good catalog of live music is limited by a poor performing app.

I have had and loved this app for years. Now all of a sudden I cannot get anything to playback. I have deleted and downloaded several times with no luck. I hope this can be resolved because this a a treasure.

I really like Wolfgangs Vault, I used the free version and enjoyed it for a long time.
When it went to a pay service, I held out for what I figured was long enough for their team to nix the pause between the songs. 
Nope. The pause would be fine on regular studio EPs, but it’s extremely disruptive to the flow of a live performance. 
It’s Busch league for a pay service.

The music on the app is great when you can get it to play. I find the app to be very buggy. Sometimes it works and sometimes it doesn’t. I’m running the most current version of iOS

They made a great transition into streaming authenticity. I don’t at all mind giving my contribution each month to this cause. Great artists from every genre and LIVE recordings you probably haven’t heard before. Awesome place to explore new and old artists. Better yet, if your app isn’t working, they will resolve it to within a day or two.
