The app offers discounts and free items but there is no way to redeem them. At one point a customer service person reached out to me to help and said I had already redeemed the offer (which I hadn’t) and then stopped responding.

Promised a $ 15 coupon for signing up on your  first order on the app . When I went through the trouble if contacting customer service ( which is incredible hard to find ) 
They just brushed me off . Wrong time and wrong date was there answer .  Really ?  No intention of making it right . 
There are better companies who deserve to be supported - will spend my money somewhere else

I really don’t know what game these people are up to. In July, I got an email to sign up on the website with my birthday for a buy one get one free I did the promo code didn’t work. I went in person to order. They couldn’t get it to work. I emailed support and they couldn’t get it to work.

Today I received an email to say $15 off my order. If I never ordered on the app before which I haven’t. I tried to order on the app and it said this promo code is invalid. E-commerce should not be this hard but I do know it’s hurting sales.
