The app keeps saying I’m a nonmember and I paid a full years subscription...If you pay attention, the app’s privacy doc reads like a scam, especially how they sell your data and personal information...It seems that the company lures you into the plan either promotional or not and by the time you realize it’s scammy, there’s nothing that you can do…it then manipulates the reviews so people keep coming...I’m guessing that the company is going to respond with something along the lines of “we are fixing the problems” or but “we aim for the highest standard of customer satisfaction…look at our reviews”... I’ll preemptively respond to any possible retorts by noting that the company are NOT THE GYMs...Every word of this review is true.
