Det ser ud til, at der kommer regn frem til kl. 17.00, men jeg kan se, at der ikke er nogen boost i Køge i disse timer, mens andre områder har boost på grund af regnen. Jeg forstår virkelig ikke, hvorfor der ikke er noget boost i dette område. Samtidig er betalingen for mange af ordrerne meget lav. For eksempel en ordre på 19 km til 119,10 kr. Helt ærligt, hvem vil køre 19 km ud og derefter måske 19 km tilbage for 119,10 kr.? Det giver ikke økonomisk mening. Det virker som om, systemet ikke fungerer korrekt i området. Man kan ikke blive ved med at sende sådanne ordrer til kurérer. Hvis man skal køre omkring 200 km for at tjene 1.000 kr. på 7 timer, er det simpelthen for lidt. Jeg vil derfor bede jer om at undersøge systemet og især boost-funktionen, når det regner. Det virker som om, der slet ikke bliver tildelt boost i Køge, selvom vejret er dårligt. Jeg håber, I vil undersøge det nærmere, for situationen er meget frustrerende. Mainly ours problem is cancel order (every week we couriers pay for cancel order ) . For example today is Monday and ours week is start so if somehow anyone cancel one order after 8/9 days later when we got the report we know that We had a cancel order . So we like to know on the same time when the order is cancel . Cause customers it’s takes benefits Of this something they distorted the food after they eat then they cancel the order . So try to notify the currier’s when it’s cancel so they can understand and they can challenge on Restuarent cause not every-time currier’s fault for cancel the while Restuarent don’t pack it well if Restuarents fault why we should pay for cancel order . So the solution is try to notify the currier’s on the same time and also ask for photos who’s fault Restuarent or currier’s try to find out . And after that if it’s fault for currier’s so application show us cancel order fault by currier’s . Ours 2nd problem is orders from market place . The orders come to a Bicyle rider the order weight 20-40 kg . And its effect on delivery ratio . And every market place partner take long time to prepare the food we are wait long time so try to connect them and make it faster . ### 5/5 — Super *2025-11-12* Super ### 5/5 — Great platform *2025-11-02* Amazing platform any worker ### 5/5 — Good *2025-08-15* Good ### 5/5 — パートナーです。 *2025-07-29* 個人的には、アプリ自体かなり使いやすいと思います。バグやピンズレがあれば、報告すれば、すぐに反映してくれます。完璧はあり得ません。「より良い」をみんなで作ればいいと思います。 　配達に関するシステム面では、サポートが充実してますし、とても優しく頼りになります。 　報酬面では、文句なし。報酬アップ時は、逆に心配になるくらいくれますし、通常時でも不満はないです。 　需要面では、あればあるしなければないし。飲食店と一緒で、配達の要望があるお客様がいなければ、woltが仕事をあげたくてもあげれないので。その辺はログオンしてれば見えてくると思います。想定してるピーク時はもちろん、急な波もあり、想定外の波が来たら来たで、ちゃんと報酬upします。需要「低」でも、ひっきりなしに依頼が来る時は来ます。 　自分の配達で、お客様を減らさないように、努力あるのみです。 　「幸せを届ける。」そんなパートナーになりたいです。 ### 3/5 — 需要の低さ *2025-07-09* もう少し、Uberみたいにとは言いませんが、効率の良さwoltはとても良いのですが、自転車配達としてすると、どうしても距離が遠くなり配達に時間がかかりすぎます。8km〜とかまた違う報酬を付けてもいいんじゃないかと思います。また、すかいらーくが主に主軸ですが、もぉ少し色んな店をアップしたらとってもwoltの人気が上がるんじゃないかなと思います。配達員をして思ったことを書きました。 ## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated) ### 1/5 — Très déçu *2026-07-17* Vous répondez jamais aux messages sur l’application ni sur l’e-mail, vous respectez pas le travail des autres ça fait trois mois que je suis en procédure, et là vous me bloquez j’ai loué le Burau la place de parking, j’ai fait la création d’entreprise et après tout ça vous bloquez l’inscription, c’est incroyable comment vous respectez pas ça fait plusieurs semaines que j’essaye d’écrire personne ne me répond incroyable, très déçu ### 1/5 — Снижение цен ниже некуда *2026-06-22* Надеюсь, тот, кто снижает цены на заказы, спит спокойно . For those that do not speak English or the local language, please by all means AVOID THIS APP! It is inconvenient to pick up food or groceries yourself in a new country , but I can assure you this app will NOT assist you as a newcomer to the country.
