You have to take photo of the page and print it from the photo. ### 2/5 — Where’s the magazine? *2024-03-06, version 8.0* I’ve had an active subscription for over a year. Some weeks you get the magazine Monday (Great) but around 70% of the time it’s Wednesday or Thursday! I’ve even had one not arrive until Friday! This week I’m still waiting & it’s Thursday…emails get no response except the automated one that tells you they received your email. This really needs addressing! At least once a year it will stop showing new issues and no amount of “restore purchases” will fix it. The download will stop if you move away from the app. It takes minutes to even load the library screen which is frustrating as you often only have a few minutes and want a quick flick but they are filled with the stupid app trying to connect. If you choose to stream the mag it takes 15 secs or so to load the page! Go buy the mag instead, so much quicker and easier. I won't be renewing this subscription unless they fix the issues. The first time it took over a week and now its Thursday and it still has not refreshed. I could not get my money back for the lost magazines because your reps said it was not possible. Very bad customer service and not happy with Apple. Over Xmas last year and into 2021 once again some IT fault happened and when one is on holidays it is the time to read magazines but once again there was trouble downloading then . Sent emails but of course no reply (once again poor customer service.) Eventually we were able to down load all copies but this was after we went and purchased from newsagent. No Sorry no nothing...once again poor customer service.Tried to go through another company to get digital magazines I have subscription too but could not so maybe foolishly went through Apple again. One last chance.
