Now I am not getting my magazines. No customer support whatsoever. They will not respond. Buyer beware. This is not a good purchase. Get the magazine at the store . ### 1/5 — Woman’s World *2024-04-06* I love the magazine but the app is not working. I have not received a new issue in 2 weeks. There is no response from customer service on the email I sent. I will not be renewing my subscription. ### 1/5 — Don’t waste your money *2024-04-05* Magazines have stopped coming, no response to requests for help. Last update to software was 2 years ago. ### 2/5 — Used to be a good app *2023-12-15* Not sure what happened, but I have had problems with not getting several current issues at a time during the past year. In the past I would get a response from customer service when I emailed. Now, no response at all the last 2 times I contacted them. My subscription comes due in Jan 2024 and I just cancelled the auto renewal. I have found another magazine app I will try to see if it is any better. ### 1/5 — Current Issues Don’t Show Up When They Should *2023-12-06* I have contacted customer support many times regarding this issue. The last time they did not even respond back. The current issues do not show up for quite some time even though they are already out in print issues. I am not sure what the problem is, but I wish they would get it fixed. Viewing on the app is fine. I also noticed that I don’t think all my issues even show up. ### 1/5 — Paid 6 month subscription *2023-07-28* 6 month subscription paid for and yet it doesn’t let you view magazines as locked and asking for $2.99. I have deleted app and reinstalled and still same problem! I have contacted for support and is my 3rd attempt without response.
