The Wombat app is exactly what I needed to begin to integrate meditation, breathwork and education into my daily lifestyle with ease.
The meditations are a great length to effortlessly add to my day and the voices are so soothing. 
This app was needed to help promote the powerful benefits of self-care for those suffering burnout- and preventing it.
