NSF GARBAGE
Not only am I one of those who purchased the lifetime when this app first came out, but now the censorship is so out of control that I can’t even create an image of a woman holdiner her baby or a mother helping her son with his homework. And it’s not the prompt - its the result that gets viewed by the AI now and immediately blocked for no other reason than an image of a child. So done! Will be deleting

Premium subscriber for 4 years
I pay for the premium subscription, but for some reason WOMBO has downgraded me in the last few weeks to a standard subscription. I have not been able to get any support help to fix this error. No response to my email, other than “someone will get back to you”. WOMBO support staff… Do you need proof of my purchase? I can provide that.
Consequently I am not able to do art projects which have deadlines. Has this happened to anyone else who is a Premium Subscriber? I have been a loyal Premium Subscription customer for 4 years! I am very disappointed. My subscription renews on Sept 9th - not sure I will renew.

Changes to Wambo Dream
I like Wambo Dream and have used it for many graphic images for my music and as an artist/graphic designer. Recently Wambo has updated the various styles HOWEVER I do NOT like the elimination of percentages affecting a style. I found that setting percentages can REALLY change the outcome and I would appreciate it if the folks at Wambo Dream re-introduce it. In some ways it is BETTER than ChatGPT and others. So get with it guys!

Untrustworthy Company
I paid a one-time fee in 2023 for a lifetime premium membership and now the premium features have been taken away.
Used to be a great App
Latest: Sadly the image quality has been degraded once again. More variety much lower quality. Same old plastic look on most images that tells you its Wombo Dream. Sharpness and superb textures equal to Midjourney have been replaced with a vastly inferior image quality we had 2 years ago which by today’s standard is just embarrassingly poor. Plus the absurd restrictions and censorship are back and worse than ever. Really disappointing and a predictable cycle of improvement followed by “let’s screw it up again”. Really disappointing and I’d recommend going elsewhere at this stage.

Update on new iOS build: v4 styles are now working in all formats, which is great. Dark mode now works, so things are getting better and for once I don’t feel like I have to moan about an app that I really like. Good job! Extra star.
Last review: v4 styles are great but not working for all formats (no change here since launching them). And of course the app is not connecting to the server once again currently. Zero response & zero pro-activity, as we’ve all come to expect. Not even bothering to say “we’re aware & working on it” hugely damages their reputation. Could be down for a day, or down for a month like the last fiasco.

This is probably one of the best mobile apps for AI art generation out there, even now. But development has now stopped for the time being at least. Currently the app and website have been down for the last two days & counting, which is abysmal. It’s reputationally damaging to the brand as a whole, and calls into question how well it’s new venture, w.ai would be handled going forward.
