One of the most experienced female fitness coaches in Europe has carefully created a workout program especially for women, based on HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) and Tabata training methods.

Workout at home for just a few minutes every day to tone your body and firm your butt so that you will look and feel great every time you look in the mirror!

Choose from one of many programs:
- Strong abs 
- Bikini Body
- Butt and Legs
- Upper Body

The exercises are designed to be easy to follow.  Your 3d coach will show you exactly how to do each exercise.  Rotate the coach in 360 degrees to view the exercise from any angle. 
 
You can even have the coach appear in your own living room with the use of Augmented Reality technology!

- No gym or workout equipment needed. Workout anytime, anywhere.

- Fully integrated with Apple Music so that you can work out to your favorite music!
- Offline workouts: download workouts so that you can exercise without internet.

This app includes an auto renewing subscription option in order to access the workouts:
- Subscription options are either every weekly, monthly or yearly
- Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at the confirmation of purchase.
- Subscription automatically renews unless the subscription is cancelled at least 24-hours before the end of the current period.
- Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
- You can manage and cancel your subscriptions by going to your account settings on the App Store after purchase.
- When canceling a subscription, your subscription will stay active until the end of the subscription period and you will have access to all the content that you subscribed to. Auto-renewal will be disabled and you will not be charged again, but the current subscription will not be refunded.
- You may be eligible to sign up for a trial period to evaluate the app. Please note that at the end of the trial period you will be billed for the subscription amount and the subscription will automatically renew.
- Any unused portion of a trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when purchasing a subscription.

This app I didn’t download! I woke up and it was on my phone. When I looked at my purchases it said I downloaded it at 2am. No, I didn’t. Well besides that it’s not very good for working out. I recommend just do a google search for exercises and go to images.
