Usually I get pickup but decided to get delivery since they say there are no delivery fees. And yup said delivery fee was 0 instead they added a nearly $5 “service fee”. Garlic Aioli taste sour and it’s because they placed it on the bottom of the bun and put the hot chicken on it and combined, it made bottom bun of the chicken sandwich soggy. Onions rings were decent. I had Chinese food that tasted nothing like Chinese food. Visually it fit the part. Chicken , snow peas and fried rice, buffalo wings and sparerib tips all lacked flavor. Buffalo wings were the highlight but they were very small. I had pasta, hard to mess up bolognese but Rigatoni was overcooked and flat and sauce was just red sauce with meat thrown in and had a sour off flavor. I believed these know chefs were bringing something better to home delivery but they need to revamp their menus. ### 1/5 — Referral codes don't even work. *2026-08-12, version 6.16.0* Don't waste your time trying to refer friends because the referral codes don't work and they'll charge you full price. My address is a little complicated. I live in S Hackensack but when i enter it, it automatically switches to Garfield. My driver picked up my food and was about to take it to Little Ferry, i had to call and share my location to the driver to be able to receive my order. Today when i looked in the app, they said my address cannot be delivered to. ### 1/5 — Reheated conveyor belt food *2026-08-04, version 6.15.1* Wow what a lie. This place is completely ridiculous. The food is not good. The choices are all repetitive. The portions are small. The prices are high. The experience should be skipped if possible. Why would anyone in nyc need to order double priced microwaved slop? Not to mention they own GrubHub when they were ripping off their own employees. You can’t get to anyone you’re orders are always late by an hour or two and there’s no such thing as adding to a Tip ### 1/5 — Terrible Experience *2026-07-29, version 6.15.0* Wonder is the worst delivery app I have ever used and has the worst customer service. I ordered $79 worth of food from Wonder only restaurants located at a site that is about 15 min drive from my house. The food arrived over a half hour past the end of the delivery window with no explanation and the food was ice cold and soggy and clearly not of the quality promised by the app. When I called and text with customer service (which took over a half hour for someone to text with me despite wait times supposedly being two minutes) they refused to refund more than about ten dollars of the order despite the restaurants and the delivery driver all being employed by Wonder and as such wonder is responsible for the poor quality of food received. I would have have been better off ordering Mc Donald’s. When similar issues occured with seamless or other apps the apps refunded the entire order with no hassle even though they did not own and control the restaurants in question. I will never use wonder again as the quality of the food and service is so low. ### 1/5 — App is a scam *2026-07-22, version 6.14.0* I placed 2 orders on the app to pick up when I got to the restaurant the owners simply said that they don't work with the app, none of the 2 establishments at least knows about the existence of the app, I called other restaurants that appear in the app both none know about the existence of the app ### 1/5 — Most meals have 2000mg of sodium *2026-07-20, version 6.14.0* Unhealthy food packed with tons of sodium and preservatives it's quite literally more unhealthy than fast food ### 1/5 — Didn’t get my food *2026-07-14, version 6.14.0* This was my first time using the app and placing an order at 1:19 and it says my order has been delivered and it shows a photo of the food at the restaurant and I’ve never gotten it and now it’s 3:08 and i still haven’t received it. Even if you contact customer service ten seconds after placing the order. And they can’t contact the drivers to make the change. And the restaurant can’t notify the driver. ### 1/5 — Do not eat it *2026-08-25, version 6.17.0* This is probably one of the worst meals I’ve had taking into account the time you spend trying to figure out you don’t really want any of these weirdly unappetizing choices, and what they charge. Then they offer massive discounts hoping you’d forget the last time. I hope this place folds quickly and stops taking up space in the world. I've seen a more reliable interface on Windows '98. ### 1/5 — This is crazy *2026-08-21, version 6.16.0* When you order the food make sure you make it so the driver has to hand it to you and be at the door when the driver arrives because they will steal your food 😭it was my first time on this app and I ordered food it was talking a little long to come put I was not worried about that I was just hungry when the driver got here I was looking at him through my window waiting for him to leave so can grab my food he puts my food down and takes a picture and try’s to walk away with my food in his hand I opened the quick and he turned around and said I was trying to make sure I had the right house I didn’t even realize he was trying to steal my food until I went back inside in process it if he would have kept walking with my food something would had happened to him who those this in Philly 😭but aways be at the door when they deliver your food, moral of the story. ### 1/5 — Customer Support just creates new problems *2026-08-20, version 6.16.0* I signed up for an account and went to use the WELCOME50 promo code. It looked like the code worked, but as soon as I went to pay it said it was not eligible and to try to the code again. I tried again, but eventually ended up messaging with the AI support. AI support couldn’t help, unsurprisingly, so I was connected with someone. She said she would look into it for me, and then ten minutes later responded that she could not offer me a refund and I will not be eligible for future refunds due to requesting too many… On the account that was created less than an hour ago. Then she just kept saying “I can’t offer further concessions because of our system.” So now not only do I not get my first order promotion, I’m also never able to receive a refund for future orders. I ended up just paying full price because at this point I am just really hungry. Don’t even know if the food is good yet but probably won’t be ordering again just based off of how god awful the customer support is lol. ### 1/5 — Food stolen *2026-08-20, version 6.16.0* Costumer support horrible n got my food stolen L wonder ### 1/5 — Customer service is a joke *2026-08-13, version 6.16.0* I’ve had my orders left in my porch repeatedly, in spite of my delivery instructions being to hand them to me. Today it was done again and the rep told me (through text of course) that I need to meet the delivery driver at the door. Like I’m supposed to be waiting by the door for the delivery. Then they basically disconnected the conversation. I had asked to speak with a supervisor but that was ignored. These services have become so arrogant that they don’t feel that they have to respect their customers.
