I also love the system it has for coins by adverts once a day. But the near constant crashing is so frustrating! Every time I play it crashes at least once. Sometimes multiple times in a row and I just give up trying to play at that moment. Its so annoying and all i want to do is play. Also the coins are annoying. When i am out if coins i have to watch a video. You’ll learn eventually which ones kick you off or don’t count, usually the casino game ads, the iPhone ads, the LEGO ads, etc. when those start I just immediately hop off the game and restart it instead of wasting my time. ### 4/5 — I find it decent *2021-12-29, version 2.2.0* Overall, this game is really good. Please fix this bug if there was no issue with the ads I would give it 5 stars because the game is very fun itself just these bugs need to be worked out. ### 4/5 — Brilliant. *2020-11-08, version 2.2.0* “Wonder Zoo” was my whole childhood. Playing this game would be my top priority. My brother and I tried so hard to get these beautiful animals. The graphics are stunning. I’d recommend, but be cautious of one thing. “Wonder Zoo” is really fun in the beginning. But however, things get unimaginably expensive as you progress and leveling up becomes extremely difficult, so you’ll have to be able to put patience and grind into this game. All in all? Graphics: 8/10, can be a bit buggy. Gameplay: 9/10, very interesting of the way of getting animals for your zoo! Creativity: 9/10, many zoo games are out there but here you don’t actually buy animals yet rescue injured ones and help them back to the wild, like a real zoo. In-Game Purchases: 5/10, of course you can buy coins but not needed. Ads: 4/10, mostly just for free coins and speed up timers. ### 3/5 — LOVE this game but not compatible with iPad 11 yet *2020-10-15, version 2.2.0* My 5 year old son started playing this game and fell in love with it except we quickly came to the conclusion it’s not fully compatible with iPad 11 pro. But we were still able to play, just can’t watch adds for extra coins. Unfortunately When we went to open the app this morning it just keeps saying there is no internet, but we are definitely connected to WiFi with full strength. So perhaps it’s to do with the compatibility. Would love to get an update that includes iPad 11 so we can continue to enjoy the game. I could totally see putting money towards it because it is much more engaging and fun than most other zoo games out there. And there is plenty of room for more space. I didn’t go through all those ads for coins to expand and buy all those animals just to keep a bunch of them in storage. However, since downloading, I can’t even tap to collect coins from my one animal without the game crashing. It gets very annoying when I can’t even play the game, even for the smallest tasks, more less to try to rescue an animal or complete any quests. Pixel Biologist!) and I wanted a free zoo tycoon game, and this did that. It has all the core components, plus a wide variety of animals and a great storyline. However, I would like to suggest that some of the prices for rare animals and extensions are lowered, because I had to watch ads for 30 minutes, and that’s not what I came for. That was over a year ago though so I thought maybe there’d been an update or something to fix this issue and I could play again but I tried again today and had the same issue of the game crashing just seconds after loading, it was actually worse now. I also see there hasn’t been any update at all on the game in 2 years which makes me highly suspect it’s been abandoned by its developers. Sad as I really liked playing it back when it worked. I’m seeing a review about the game constantly crashing so that person stopped playing. I love the game but I’m about ready to move on and stop wasting my time. Must not have been as popular as I would have thought it. It didn’t crash on me at all in the beginning but the further I progress the more it crashes. If the same problems were happening a year ago and still haven’t been fixed my guess is there’s no longer any type of maintenance on the app itself. It could be a neat little time passer or just a fun game but the crashing kills it completely. My advice is try a different game where the developers actually care about their apps. ### 1/5 — Maybe you should fix the bugs *2018-07-11, version 2.2.0* So I looked through the reviews and I saw a lot of comments on the bugs in your game. Maybe you should fix them before nobody wants the game because of the bugs. I can be honest with many people that this is a good game but there are so many bugs that I want to delete it. First of all, ads for coins only works 5% of the time. Second, breeding doesn't work half of the time. Third, I always get kicked out of the game when I catch a new animal and it never saves so I have very few animals. Last but not least, I can't catch any new animals anymore because the game keeps glitching. So I suggest that you fix these bugs before everyone deletes this game. I will if this keeps happening. ### 1/5 — NOT FOR CHILDREN - Inappropriate Ad Content *2018-06-10, version 2.2.0* The game itself is great and our four year old has enjoyed exploring it for hours. Save for what I am about to share next I would probably give the app four or five stars. Like many other games the user can watch ads to earn points or coins. Over the past few days the app has constantly been running a Plan B birth control advertisement. It has absolutely not place in an app geared towards children. Download the app and have fun explaining to your children what Plan B is all about. Completely irresponsible. ### 1/5 — Will Ban You *2018-02-23, version 2.2.0* Wonder Zoo has several glitches but for a free game it is still very fun... until you get banned. I was greeted last night with a ban message. I do not know why I was banned. I contacted the company about the issue but I know I did not do anything against the rules. Like I said it is a fun, free game with glitches but you may not want to waste your time if you plan on using this as a go to time wasting game because it seems that you will end up getting banned. I read some other posts and it seems that Gameloft has banned other people like me. If Gameloft is banning people because they do not spend money actual money then they should make people pay for the app or use in app purchases like many other apps. However if they do that then they need to make some major improvements. ### 2/5 — Can not recommend *2020-08-20, version 2.2.0* First let me say I really liked the game. There was no cost which is nice and the game play is very easy to learn and play. However, the game eventually becomes unplayable. You watch adds to get in game currency which I didn’t mind. There will be a series of adds, you collect your coins, then an add will come on and the game crashes after you watch it which you sets you back to where you started. You basically waisted your time watching adds. The next issue was you cannot expand the reserve to include every animal that is available, let alone the decorations. I don’t see the purpose of that. Then eventually you cannot breed or buy or go into the wild to get animals without the game crashing. You spend about 2 minutes waiting for screens to load only to have the game crash and you are back where you started. I had the game twice and had to delete it twice as the game just got unplayable. I really liked the game and reached out to their customer service only to be ignored. It’s too bad the programmer only cares about the add revenue they receive and care nothing for their customers. This could have been one of my all-time favorite games if only the company cared about its users. ### 2/5 — Awesome game but has problems *2020-08-10, version 2.2.0* This game is super fun when you start out. The animals are cute, the game play is fun, overall it’s a great game. But, the farther along you go, the more nothing it becomes. It becomes increasingly harder to move on. Expanding your zoo becomes way too expensive until you just can’t even build up enough money to do so. I think all the other prices are fine but expanding is just too expensive. I think I’m on level 52 or so. Another issue is that recently, the game won’t open. It loads and gets on the screen where you see your zoo and then it just closes. I don’t really want to get rid of this game because I’ve had such fun playing it but it won’t open for me and there’s really nothing left for me to do since I can’t expand enough to keep up with the amount of enclosures I have. ### 2/5 — Wonder zoo *2020-04-10, version 2.2.0* This game is pretty awesome, set a pretty decent zoo. Then the crashing starts. Takes about 15 tries to get to play then after a few mins kicks you out. My 5 year old really put a lot into this game and he loves it. So sad to see him not be able to play. I started crying tears of joy when I saw it for the first time. I was on a walk with my dog today and he sat for the first time, I was amazed, and then I saved a lion from the Savannah and brought her to a new habitat at the zoo. Fun stuff. I got it back a week ago and I’ve been playing since. This game brought back many memories and because of this game, I am pursued to be the person I am today. After the first ten mins of playing it just crashed! Then I would get back on thinking it was going to be just a one time thing. NO! It was an every time I got on the game 5 seconds later, CRASH! This is getting to be a problem because I love this game and I just want to play it and have fun but when I try to do something it crashes for example I have a griffin and one the suggestion from customers was to have 1 griffin and I did so I collected the 300 blue star things and then it crashes I get back on and 5 seconds later boom what a surprise it crashes again. I did notice I also got a Lion and from the crashing the Lion was not there and my griffin achievement wasn't there. There is also a suggestion from me to lower prices for land and some animals. I can barley ever get more land and if I do I have barely any money left.
