Finding hearing aids can sometimes be tricky because they often have smaller batteries and weaker Bluetooth signals. Please ensure the hearing aid still has battery life and is not inside a case that might block the signal. We recommend moving slowly and checking the signal strength on the app as you move from room to room. We would love to assist you personally!
