I maid for the 6mo no adds and now when I open the app it just freezes on the loading screen. Very very disappointing ### 2/5 — Not loading *2026-01-15, version 1.3* Loved playing but it’s been stuck on loading page for about a week. Have tried everything n still stuck. Very disappointing. No update to game in a year! ### 1/5 — Wonderword doesn’t work after level 8. *2025-01-28, version 1.3* This is twice I’ve loaded this onto my iPhone and I play it through to level 8 and it just stops working. I’ve deleted it and reloaded it. It’s just says loading but never does anything. Somehow I got it loaded one time after giving up 1 of my boosters. I have the Wonderword app & play daily or 3 days a week & play the Wonderwordle. But this is disappointing, frustrating and a nuisance. I love Wonderwords, played it on newspapers for decades, but please revise your business model. ### 1/5 — Overpriced Subscription Not Working *2024-03-27, version 1.1* I've been a big fan of Wonderword and it's app for years. When I saw this pop up, I decided to try it. Immediately I was inundated with ads that I could not exit out of except by reloading the app (and ads). I decided that I would pay $13 twice a year (frankly, an expensive subscription) because I support the makers of Wonderword. Not only does the subscription not work (despite them charging my card), I continue to get ads that I cannot close. The app is unplayable. I will be asking for a refund based on false advertising because this is ridiculous. ### 1/5 — Love WONDERWORD Puzzles *2024-03-25, version 1.0* I have downloaded this new app on my iPhone and my iPad. It’s a little small on my phone but usable. On my iPad, I can’t get past the Daily Review screen. The red X doesn’t work. This app does not have wonderwordle and when I try to play anything, a LOUD video ad plays and when the “skip video” prompt comes up, surprise you can’t skip it! BEYOND IRRITATING!!! I refuse to pay for ad free. Been playing this for years and now it looks like I can’t play anymore, free that is. I used to play it in the local weekly paper, then after purchasing the book I found they had an app for my tablet! LOVE, I play it daily to keep my mind fresh and especially while I’m rocking baby to sleep.
