I tried to get help on the chat but they disconnected me twice. I initially tried to activate my number to sign up on the app and it crashed. Then it said to use my email because I had an account (though the account set up process wasn’t finished as it crashed). When I use my email, it says the user doesn’t exist. I tried to get help on the chat again. And they said they can reset my account. Well they ended up deleting my service so I had nothing. So I had to ask them to fix it again. Her excuse now is that the app has a bug. We're waiting for you on the app's chat, available 24 hours a day. ### 5/5 — Setup in 5-10min, easy and service works perfectly *2024-08-18* I needed this urgently because after a weekend of hotspotting my phone, I was running out of Internet usage consumption on My Vodafone monthly plan, which after I go over 20GB, robs me €5 for 200MB each time I need more data. This app/service was a savior. If you have a recent phone with eSim capability you can get internet up and running on the spot, I was able to setup in 5-10min. It was really easy. Note however this WOO service is offered by NOS in Portugal. There is no English on the app or SMS notifications by NOS, why? Because the service is offered in Portugal where the official language is Portuguese. You don’t know Portuguese and live in Portugal? Learn some. Or take scteenshots during sign up and use the text option to translate the screens, a function available on iPhones. There are some ignorant people giving this app one star only because everything is not in English for them. The app and service works really well and I have not had any issue with the service. The first month was free for 30GB (€20 waived) which is a great deal. I’m considering even canceling my Vodafone and switching to WOO permanently but will check first how good the reception is across Spain and Portugal. ### 1/5 — Useless *2023-12-30* If you have any issues while traveling (which I did) you’re out of luck. As the other review said, nothing is in English and terrible support. Don’t risk it. ### 1/5 — Premature *2023-06-25* I bought the European version of eSim based on add claiming that they have customer support in English, I called the number provided to me in a txt(in Portuguese), they don’t speak any English. The app is all in Portuguese and no English information is available. The service may be working- it connected me to T-Mobile in the USA, and a local provider in England, every time country changes I receive a txt in Portuguese and have to guess what they telling me. My battery effectively draining at 10 times normal rate while on this eSim. So far everything is unclear. Get yourself another service, I am getting my wife a different service.
