Can’t even get onto the app to use it. ### 1/5 — Meter that jumps!! *2022-05-07, version 333.5.0* When you get close to your drop off (30 secs) and the meter jumps from £6 to £11 with no reason and when you call to query they tell you it was £9.59 but pay £10……….would you use this taxi company. This morning I had a confirmed booking g for 8.45. At 8.38 I received a rude call to say it will be with me in 10-15 minutes. Sure enough the app showed it will be at least 15 minutes. As it was booked for a train journey I had no option but cancel and find a lift myself. Disgusting ### 1/5 — Disappointed. Used to be an excellent firm. now uninstalled the app and lost custom with lazy driver *2025-04-05, version 335.0.0* Always used woober, have done for years. Last 3 weeks everytime I book a taxi, they accept and do not move at all on the gps map leading me to cancel. One booking accepted then proceeded to go in the opposite direction further away from me. They always accept but never turn up. No longer hung this firm anymore. Don’t know what’s happened recently but they’re accepting jobs but making no effort to move. Returning back to uber. Booked a train to the station, the night before. Needless to say didn’t arrive but no warning, constantly 5 mins away but tracked car not getting any closer. Frantically called them hoping to find out what was going on, just an automated robotic voice telling me that the driver is “5 minutes away”. It charged me £1 the other day even tho I didn’t book anything/cancel any rides??
