We'd love to help you out with your voice message issue. ### 1/5 — Can’t activate account *2018-03-30, version 1.2.3* I tried to activate my account for my daughter to use and the websites security certificate is expired. The explanation from Safari was that the website was either misconfigured or attacked. Either way, I don’t feel like my information is safe with this company. App indicates that an email was sent to me email address and NOT received. I went through the setup with several email addresses and same result. App updates state app doesn’t crash... problem resolved....my daughter hates the Woobo already.... MAJOR DISAPPOINTMENT **Developer response:** We are so sorry you're not satisfied with your Woobo! DO nOT BUY REMOVE the App ### 1/5 — Company Out of Business *2022-10-15, version 1.5.5* The server shut down not long after launch and Woobo no longer functions. This company defrauded customers. This toy was not inexpensive, and it has never ever worked like promised. I would not recommend it. Unfortunately I can’t get him to connect to Wi-Fi. Now I’m an iOS user and my app crashes every time I open it. Can’t do anything. I have two woobos, one of them doesn’t work at all (won’t turn on). I message you guys asking what should I do if I should just ship it to you and I got a reply saying you were not accepting any woobos. What am I supposed to do with a woobo that doesn’t work ?
