But, one caveat I wish they’d fix: There’s an option in the app to split an order. This never seems to work. However, the app takes too long to refresh sometimes, especially when trying to process orders quickly. Another issue is shipping labels. I currently have to print labels one by one instead of being able to batch print multiple labels at once. That would save a lot of time for businesses handling multiple orders. I appreciate having all my orders in one place, too. What you're seeing here isn't something happening inside the WooCommerce app itself. These spam reviews are being posted to your store's products by bots that automatically target sites, which is why they keep coming back no matter how many you clear. There are a few effective ways to stop them at the source: - Turn on Akismet anti-spam on your site. It automatically filters out spam product reviews before they ever reach you. - In your WordPress dashboard, open Settings - Discussion and set reviews to require manual approval before they appear. You can also auto-hold reviews that contain links or specific keywords, which catches most bot activity. - Bulk-mark the existing fake reviews as Spam under WooCommerce - Reviews to clear them out quickly. We build every website using Wordpress but when it comes to ecommerce it is so far behind shopify it’s embarrassing. This app is another level of poor. Shopify app is great, this app is just pointless and offers next to no level of analysis. Really poor woo. You need to massively up your game as you’re currently no longer even in the frame of competitive options.
