I’m at the Springfield MO branch. Never had any trouble with this bank. I moved 200 miles away and did not change banks when I moved. That’s how confident I am in this bank. It’s a small bank & they keep a close eye on my accounts. They allow me to go over my limits $1500 which allows me to keep going on my slow weeks as I am self-employed, the winters get slow so it’s very helpful. On the business side, we have rentals and own another business, and Billy Puckett has been tremendous to work with. They have all of the services of a large bank (24 hour customer service, convenient access) but they know and take care of their customers.
