It looks like this has been an issue for 6 months plus. I also paid to remove ads then this happened. But the worst part is the game glitches and doesn’t allow you to complete required activities to level up and open new worlds. Closing the app doesn’t fix it. Restarting your phone doesn’t fix it. You have to reinstall the app which does not save your progress meaning starting over. It happened in world 2 and again in world 3.
