Failed to ID a simple piece of wood that I'm pretty sure is just a piece of oak (still not sure), but not only did the app fail to ID it, it immediately asked me to subscribe to a $100 subscription plan. What a farce.

I needed an app to identify exotic woods. Checked the app for woods I already knew and it was wrong every time. Of course after purchasing app, I see the disclaimer that says “For entertainment purposes only”. It is not entertaining at all.
