Multiple results Same wood
I keep getting 3 to 4 different wood type results from the same piece of wood.
Cannot identify most basic wood
This is not an accurate app. It cannot identify some of the most basic species of hardwoods, it fails often and is usually unreliable. I am sorry I paid for this.
Hard to cancel
I’ve yet to figure out how to cancel this worthless app. I tried it four times on the same wood and got four answers.

Wrong most of the time
I have 5 pieces of wood where I know the species. I use them for comparison purposes. This app correctly identified only the Maple piece. Not walnut or birch.
