I don’t want to buy powerups and shouldn’t have to. I’d get through the impossible levels if I had earned powerups, but I finally reached a level I have no powerups for and got tired of restarting. The timer makes it impossible. If I try watching ads for coins or powerups no reward comes after watching the whole thing through. It happens like that every time I’ve tried. Rewards from watching ads often do not work, and players do not receive the promised bonuses, such as the extra hole reward. To try to fix the problem, I uninstalled and reinstalled the game. Instead of solving anything, I lost everything. My paid “No Ads” purchase was not restored, and all of my progress disappeared. Losing purchased content and game progress is completely unacceptable. Players should not have to worry about losing what they paid for or the time they invested in the game. Finally went in to YouTube to see how to win and it shows 5 free holes to start. Then after over an hour i finally beat it, then level 8 is worse! I watched the ad for the extra hole 3 times and it never gave me the hole. I'm so sick is getting ripped off on these games. It's never what they say. They have 3 minute ads that give you nothing. Ads frequently break resetting ad count. App pushes you into no ads pay, then IT still has broken ads and no rewards. Aps and developers that bring this to the apple marketplace should be removed and banned.
