I created an account, only to see that they send your password back via email -in plaintext-!! I mean, who does that in today’s cybersecurity-sensitive age? Their person in charge of the app and tech needs to change. 3 stars for the unique designs. ### 4/5 — Register / login issue *2024-11-04, version 7.0.17* When try to login I see message ‘ mobile number not registered’ ….While registering I see a message ‘email already registered’ but no option to login with email ….not sure if am missing anything ### 1/5 — Waste of time & Money, Guys plz beware… *2023-04-24, version 7.0.8* Friend plz don’t waste your time & money in this website they making fool of us & waste our time… I ordered Frosty White Drawer They promise that they will deliver in 5 to 7 weeks it’s a very long period I didn’t see any other website taking this much of time but I bare that also but they didn’t deliver the product after 5 to 7 weeks, if I complain in their website means they simply replying that order in process, They are making our amount rotation, if we pressure means they going to tell if we want means we can cancel the order, this is going to happen… ### 1/5 — Store are fine but online purchase experience are horrible *2023-01-15, version 7.0.8* Some of the products, particularly floor lamps shown online are made of cheap engineered wood. I also fell in trap of so called wood. Please refrain buying online directly. Instead, visit store and see and feel. They don’t have policy for refund or return. Regret the fact that I trusted online image. Was happy customer till now when I purchased TV unit and bed. Now, I m left with no option to approach consumer redressal forum, as they openly denied replacement of cheap floor lamp made of engineered wood. Whats more edges polish were worn off. Their support team is just too arrogant to support and accept the fact that product delivered was damaged ### 1/5 — Poor quality and very late deliveries *2022-10-08, version 7.0.7* * Pathetic customer support - They won’t tell you anything about deliver and just respond with a template email. * Don’t expect delivery in time - even when delivery timeline is 2 months, it is very likely it will get delayed and they won’t care about it at all * You can easily find the similar product quality and very quick delivery from other popular websites . Especially if you in tier 1 cities. ### 1/5 — Worst App Ever *2022-08-30, version 7.0.7* Don’t try to purchase online. My order which is paid for a dressing table has not arrived yet it’s going to be almost one month. Once I got help from the Chats, but now the chats option cannot be seen and I have nowhere to track my order or which date will it come. And also when I paid online this app did not show Order Placed or Successful or something else, but the Executive helped that by showing in chat section that it was placed. ### 1/5 — Pathetic Service! *2022-08-04, version 7.0.7* It was a big mistake to associate with Wooden Street. Firstly, it took them 1.5 months to deliver a furniture which, by their own estimates should have taken upto 20-25 days. And now, it’s been a week since the delivery and someone is yet to attend to assemble the furniture. When you try to reach customer service for updates, they are unresponsive and irresponsible. I wish I had stuck with Urban Ladder as i have done for all my previous furniture. ### 1/5 — Worst decision *2022-08-02, version 7.0.7* Galat decision jo yaha se maine item purchase kiya, item purchase 16 July 2022 ko kiya aaj 2 august 2022 hai abhi tak mujhe iska na oder id diya Gaya na tracking no. Diya Gaya jab customer care pe call karo to aapka product show ho raha hai kuch issue hai 2 din me aapka product dispatch ho jayega agar kisi situation me nahi hua to paise return kar diya jayega 16 July se mai yahi Sun rahi abhi tak na product dispatch hua na paise return hue… sirf customer ko bewakoof banane ka tarika hai…. Iske pehle bhi wooden streets se 7 item purchase kiya tha jisme se ek living room ka carpet tha jiski quality bohot hi ghatiya hai aur photo frames un sab ki quality bhi bekar hai aur un sab ki delivery order se ONE&HALF month me hui thi… bohot hi bekar experience hai mera inke sath….😡😡😡 ### 1/5 — Big cheaters *2022-07-13, version 7.0.7* Coupons will be available on most of the products to everyone. If you forget to apply coupons while ordering then they will charge you the MRP. This is how they fool customers and loot our hard earned money. For an Example office chair was shown the price of 5399 and when I checkout, the final price was changed to MRP 6749 with apply coupon button and the text box on the screen. You will have to explicitly apply coupon like RAIN22 to get the discount. This is a scam. Don’t fall into these. Be careful while ordering through app or website. ### 1/5 — Liar and Scammers *2022-05-29, version 7.0.7* My order placed on 22nd april is yet to get shipped, when the website still shows 11days estimated delivery on that product once ordered. The customer care is giving me date after dates for shipping since last 40 and the product is yet to be dispatched. And now when I call or email to raise complain, they are forcing me to take refund. They are not even considering the value of the time and energy invested in it from the time I ordered the product. The customer care team is filled with liars and don’t hesitate to give fake promises even in writing without considering the consequences that it may be used for legal fights. If you want mental peace never ever buy anything from this unprofessional company. You will understand why Pepperfry and Urban ladder are leaders in this market and this company is struggling as a start-up having 4 people in the office naming suma, shreya, praveen and noor. All of them are trained to fake promises and then threaten customers if a complaint is raised. Even their social media team is useless and not afraid of making fake promises if you complain. ### 1/5 — Pathetic service after taking money aIs if customers are *2022-05-13, version 7.0.7* Pathetic service after taking money. Their commitments are different and they don’t even revert to inform about the delivery delayed. They treat customers stupid. No communication between the sales and the production team. They want the entire payment to place the order and when you are upset with the service and ask for the refund back then just disappear. They don’t have the cancellation policy. So for the customers it is like “AA BAIL MUJHE MAAR”. Please be careful while placing the order with this company. ## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated) ### 1/5 — Worst furniture brand *2025-08-04, version 7.0.25* I ordered a bedside table and after 4-5 hours i asked for just colour change of that table from brown to white . Just for the colour change i had to buy one more item from their site as you cannot exchange something of same price . Something expensive has to be given as order for exchange of item. After that the products assembly shows DIY But these products and items are not possible to be arranged without some professional help . And if you want to get installation done they charge 500 extra for that . They just eat customer’s money and don’t respect it . Fraudsters and scammers ### 1/5 — Group of cheats *2025-03-27, version 7.0.20* I have ordered 4 products in last 2 years. Every product is damaged and not aligned. Quality is worse where drawers will not close in winter. Bed alignment is extremely poor The worst customer care where they will just say we can’t do anything. Carpenters come and do some patch work and one has to live with the defective product. Never ever buy anything from wooden street ### 1/5 — Enducatee team is running this company *2025-03-01, version 7.0.20* Store Managers are pathetic and useless. They do false promises but at times they dint help. Same goes for WoodenStreet as company. Their customer service is ridiculous, they close tickets without helping customers, and when asked they tell we didn’t see it clearly. WoodenStreet company stop making customers fool and additionally they should hire educated professionals at stores and in customer support team. ### 1/5 — Abysmal service *2025-01-07, version 7.0.20* The product got delivered almost a week ago. Never got a call for installation. To reach their customer care is a nightmare. Once connection established, the guy promised that a message will be Sent to me regarding installation but did not receive any call or message, naada! They should be ashamed of themselves for providing such an unreliable , bordering on fraud service. The product is still not installed. If you can do anything about it, then great else plz rot! ### 1/5 — Fraud and fake *2024-10-10, version 7.0.17* Beware guys. These guys will take the order and immediately assign it to production. Which will not change for indefinite time. When you call customer care for help they just say product failed the quality check and that’s why it is getting delayed. This will continue forever. On asking for cancellation they will deny the cancelling the order or even taking any corrective measures. So don’t waste your time, effort and money downloading or shopping on wooden street ### 1/5 — Pathetic service. No one will respond to you *2024-08-29, version 7.0.16* These people do not respond to you no matter what. You keep calling them begging them and asking them about your orders but they will always be later in delivery and once delivered, your problems have not resolved. You again have to go and bed for installation. They say it will be done in 24 to 48 hours but it’s a joke. They would make you wait days and weeks for everything. Customer support doesn’t know how to support. They don’t take your calls. The app does not allow ticket creation easily. Buying furniture is painful experience when you use wooden street. ### 1/5 — Worst quality products *2024-07-12, version 7.0.16* I would NEVER recommend anybody to buy any product from wooden street, you will regret it. I bought a sofa set from this company and got the worst quality one. Their return/replacement policy is pathetic. Their customers service representatives doesn’t listen to us and are so arrogant. They are there just to loot the customers. Just don’t buy from here. You will find many other better places. ### 1/5 — Late deliveries and fake promises *2023-10-20, version 7.0.8* So the HSR Bangalore sales person committed to us that as soon as our order will be ready it will be dispatched but it was a lie. Until their truck is full they won’t dispatch , waiting for ready product to be dispatched for last 8 days because their truck is not full. The store guy never picked our call post sale. It’s the experience which they sell which unfortunately is bad. ### 1/5 — Pathetic Service and Furniture *2023-10-02, version 7.0.8* Absolutely pathetic furniture and customer service. I bought sheesham wood study table from wooden street and within 15 months the table is full of termites - I do not understand how can seasoned sheesham wood catch termite so easily. Upon calling their customer service and visiting their store they just shrugged us off saying its not our fault and we do no take ANY warranty of our furniture post 1y. This is crazy - even the local furniture shops give services for 3-5 years. I was a fool to buy all my furniture from woodenstreet, but would never be making a single purchase again, and urge everyone to not fall into their trap of T&Cs. ### 1/5 — Pathetic Post Sales Service *2023-06-09, version 7.0.8* Absolutely not recommended. Placed an order for a non-furniture wall decor product 10 days ago. This product info says “Ships in 2 days”, which has not happened yet. On contacting customer service on Chat on a week ago, they told me that the product is packed and I will get next shipping update on email. Next, 3 days ago, I was told the same status - this time on call, saying that the product will get shipped on same night or next morning. So far it hasn’t happened. Just keep giving you standard answers… ### 5/5 — Big Scammers *2022-02-10, version 4.8* My biggest mistake connecting with wooden street. I ordered 3 lamps and a coffee table. After 15 days and multiple calls later I received the lamps. The lamps are of the worst quality and 1 with manufacturing defect. The quality is so pathetic that I wouldn’t even take it for free if given. I clicked the lamp pictures and mailed them to the customer service and waited but didn’t get any response. I then mailed again thrice and still no response. Then I connected with wooden street watsapp number and still no response. Finally on call when I connected with the executive, I get the response that the lamps cannot be returned. As the company do not have return policy. It’s been 15 days and still the coffee table is delivered. After so much hassle with the lamps I asked the customer service to cancel the table order and they said that the order couldn’t be canceled as they do not have cancellation policy. I have been scammed by this pathetic company. The lamps are so pathetic, I wasted so much money by connecting to this company.
