The map is convenient but I could do the same with any map app that comes on my phone. The in-app spin game is a scam. I always land on the same (zero reward) space, which has a 1/12 chance. You’re missing a great seasonal opportunity to sell Christmas trees in the detailing area . Maybe do the oil changes right there while the tree gets tied on the roof of the car as the oil change is preformed ! Seems to be a very high turn over in employees too you never see the same ones twice. Inexperience loading cars on to the tunnel belt assures a shut down with no one knowing how to restart it ! Employees talk to customers about the contract they may get to sign . They don’t like being challenged about. I stopped on 07/19/2026 had a young lady named Lily she was so professional & kind so I finally signed up to wash my car. Customer service is so important in Venice/Sarasota county. Woodys is the best in Venice Florida. Lily was awesome even in this humid Hot weather she smiled & helpful she’s definitely a “10”. Woody’s is #1 here. I couldn’t get it off my car with the all purpose cleaner that you have available to your customers. I stopped WILLIAM while he was in the middle of a task, he was genuinely interested in helping me. The dried sticky gum was gone within seconds after he returned with his “magic potion”. Employees who stand out such as him need to be recognized. I am an annual car wash pass holder. I have always been pleased with the consistent level of customer service that is offered at your location.
