I had an issue a while back and it was corrected almost immediately. The issue was that I would lose points when I would sign in to play. I’m not getting any response from the support team. I’ll keep reporting it. This is the only criticism I have. ### 3/5 — Why *2026-02-25* Played for years, great fun. Then an update, new , unwanted shapes. Not as much fun. Just constantly hangs up with three moving blocks. Edit: still no response from developers. Contacted them last week and they’ve never responded. ### 1/5 — No app support. As an Autistic person with ADHD, it was the perfect game to keep my hands and brain engaged while streaming movies or chilling out at the end of the day. However, a couple of weeks ago, the game board started glitching out; the touch-responsiveness just wasn’t there anymore. There’s nothing more frustrating than having the blocks drop randomly! I followed the developer’s recommendation of reaching out through the in-app help chat, but no one ever replied. This is an app-based glitch, for sure. Playing the original Wood Block puzzle isn’t nearly as satisfying! Hurry up and fix this thing!! ### 1/5 — Terrible! Always takes coins away ! *2022-02-21, version 2.7.1* This is the WORST app ever! It continuously takes coins off of me, when it should be giving me coins to play. I’ve contacted customer support SEVERAL TIMES and NO ONE EVER gets back to me about my complaints! It has the WORST customer service! If you don’t want to be totally frustrated trying to play this game, DO NOT PURCHASE THIS….even if it IS free! It’s NOT worth the aggravation! The developers of this game choose to change the format willy nilly so that any bonuses that you have accumulated (rotates, bombs, do-overs) are wiped out.
