I was charged $80 and told I chose the AI feature(which I would never do) I repeatedly asked to be refunded and was given a bot response about how frustrating this is for me. Every time I tried to cancel I was given an error message. They will not refund because it’s a scam for basic information about training a dog. Awful

Buyer be aware of hidden purchases that you not even aware you doing it. 
Asked to cancel subscription, got no response and then got debited again. Very disappointing experience. 
Have requested again to have subscription cancelled. At this stage I will have to cancel my card as it is the only way I can stop this business to debit my account again.
