The levels that are labeled "hard" and "super hard" might as well be titled "Impossible." There are two spools that need to be filled and it takes three colors to fill them but on the hardest levels, there aren't three colors. You can use the empty spool, but only four of them and sometimes six yarns have to be removed. You can always contact the developer but the developer does not respond. I’m on level 160 and there is no way to win unless you buy a lot of boosters to help. I’m not adverse to spending some money but this level cannot be beat unless you do. I like having to think and strategize but that is not going to help on level 160. I’ve been on it for almost 2 weeks and not even close to beating it. They need to add an ad option for getting stuff. ### 5/5 — Wool Escape *2026-02-05, version 1.0.27* I love this game! ### 5/5 — 5 stars for the grossest ads EVER *2026-01-20* I only downloaded this app so that i could bring attention to the most disgusting ad i have ever seen - none of which has anything to do with the game-play of the game advertised. It starts with a woman who apparently has satan’s armpit. It’s covered with long black hair which is removed with a wax strip, only to reveal red ringed whitehead pimples, black heads, boils, red cracked skin, and wriggling parasites in open wounds - all of which are presumably removed during the ad; i cant confirm that because i couldn’t get past the hair wax removal without gagging. I decided to look away from my screen until the ad was over, but i made the mistake once of checking the screen too early, and i was met with an erupting boil complete with splashing pus. The second part of the ad shows a young woman in a bikini on a beach - complete with the same afore mentioned grotesqueries, now all over her back, along with interactive choices to shave, tweeze, or pop the ick. This is a “wool sort” game, a type of game i typically enjoy. I’ve tried various games of this type, and “Wool Craze” is my favorite. The only MINOR down-side to that game is you must watch an ad each to unlock the last two thread pegs out of four. It’s just two short ads to unlock the pegs, no problem, really. That is, until every single ad, and i mean EVERY ad, was for “Wool Escape”, which has a runtime of 90 seconds if you want to get the reward (the extra peg). While a bit long for an ad, it would be tolerable were it not full of nausea-inducing images. Whoever thought it would be a good idea to advertise a wool-sort game with an ad that shows a first-person view of popping pus-filled pimples, pulling wads of hair from festering boils, treating gaping wounds, with some requiring removal of wriggling parasites, should perhaps reconsider their profession. Whoever approved this idea should consider their life choices. To sum up in one word: Ew. PS: i just noticed other users have attempted to contact the developers about this same issue, and they were met with the standard, “Please contact us through the app with ideas to make our game better” (paraphrase). Listen up, devs. Don’t forget that you’re working for the users. If people are disgusted by your ads, why would they play your game?
