Quite simply, doesn’t work. It did the same last year as this year: “Loading Content”. 

There’s a link for “app support” - great, right? No. That’s just a link to their website and theres no option for “app feedback”. Just the usual contact us links. 

Pretty pointless really.

This app is pointless, all it does is take you to the main website but doesn’t help with day to day planning. It needs to be able help customers who have paid for their holiday to see the correct and current timings of the days / week events especially when the wet weather hits. 

I thought that entering my booking no. would allow me to personalise my family’s visit, but no all it does is take you to the main website where is very difficult to find costs and timings for activities. If this was solved it would greatly reduce the ‘queue ride’ in reception waiting to ask these questions.
