Basic tasks that should take 10 seconds end up taking hours because the app freezes, lags, or randomly logs you out. Notifications don’t work properly, data goes missing, and the whole experience makes work harder instead of easier.

As a merchandiser visiting numerous Woollies stores I have tried twice now to get through to a help/support person to guide me through the induction card uploading process but haven’t been successful in speaking to anyone.  I left my number to be called back. Nothing it’s over a week now. Tried again today and the voice says to go to the WOW induction website.  I just wanted to talk to someone.  I’m giving up and hoping my account doesn’t suffer.
