If I wasn’t required to use this app as part of my employment you bet it would be deleted. Ridiculous time waster that is supposed to streamline the sign in process but takes five times as long to sign in than the good old pen and paper. Constantly crashes or signs you out of store unexpectedly. Takes an absurd amount of time to sign into a store and most of the time has no clue of your location. ### 1/5 — Junk app *2024-11-12* Gps tracking drains the life out of my battery. My iphone battery health has degraded significantly since using this app over the past months. I have had to uninstall and reinstall several times due to the app crashing and not allowing signin. The fact that it requires constant location services is absolutely absurd and seems like just a way for the developer to sell data to the highest bidder. It’s not contactless at all in any way as you have to see the staff to show sign in your still have to fill out permit to conduct work you still have to get a sticker! So it takes you to another page to change pin. It says pin accepted then goes back to the main page and starts over again. The developers of this app need to be sacked. ### 1/5 — Hard to get support *2025-05-14* As a merchandiser visiting numerous Woollies stores I have tried twice now to get through to a help/support person to guide me through the induction card uploading process but haven’t been successful in speaking to anyone. I left my number to be called back. Nothing it’s over a week now. Tried again today and the voice says to go to the WOW induction website. I just wanted to talk to someone.
