Goes to blank white page. I use Woolies because I love their food, but the app is simply not as seamless as Checkers. I have also had more items left out of my order. My recommendation is to change the refund process to make it more transparent, and to improve the overall ease of use of the app, like add a “shop my regulars” like Checkers. ### 2/5 — Slow and non-responsive *2026-07-18, version 10.19.0* I’m quite surprised but the rating on this app. It’s slow, most likely web views being rendered in an app container / not native which can’t be felt by how long it takes to load, the navigation, etc. You folks are leaving large amounts of money on the table as the 60/60 and PnP apps are much better to use so I buy there instead, and I’m sure there are thousands of other users who do the same.
