Thank you for your honest and constructive feedback. 🤗 ### 2/5 — Slow and non-responsive *2026-07-18, version 10.19.0* I’m quite surprised but the rating on this app. It’s slow, most likely web views being rendered in an app container / not native which can’t be felt by how long it takes to load, the navigation, etc. You folks are leaving large amounts of money on the table as the 60/60 and PnP apps are much better to use so I buy there instead, and I’m sure there are thousands of other users who do the same. Checkers had already showed how simple an online grocery shopping app can be, while still being very useful. Woolies app is full of bugs, glitches, inconsistencies. The gps tracking and updates for your driver is never accurate. There are several reported issues regarding search functions as well. There is also a recurring glitch with adding items to one’s cart.
