Almost every other parking app lets you find your zone by give you map to select it based on where you’re parked after you’ve left the area. So adding that would be a game changer. I really don’t like have to leave where I am to go add time to my meter That’s the whole point of this application. ### 2/5 — New to Hartford, just learned a lesson *2019-08-27, version 1.0.0* I work 8-9 hours a day, and an able to purchase time at the meter for the entire day. It’s $5 for 8 hrs. I THOUGHT that’s what I was doing on the app- it turns out I have to pay MORE on the app than the actual meter to get the same amount of time - the max available on the app is 5 hrs which is almost the cost of 8 on meter, and you have to pay hourly after that so they actually charge more to park by using the app. I learned this the hard way today when I received a $25 parking ticket for being over the time. Guess I’m done using this ripoff misleading piece of garbage. ### 3/5 — Overall great but not happy with convenience fee *2019-03-05, version 1.0.0* I haven’t had any issues, works great but hoping you can tweak it so if we have to move a different zone when in an active session, we can bring that remainder of payment to the new one. One big thing I want to complain about is the convenience fee...why??? I heavily use the app as I work in downtown and an additional .15¢ times 4-6 new sessions I have to create adds up. If that was the plan then you should have incorporated the fee in the beginning. At this point it might be cheaper for me to park at the $6 lots. ### 1/5 — Kinda shifty *2018-10-30, version 1.0.0* This app is not the best parking app I've ever used. It defaults to parking you for the maximum time, doesn't seem to have any location awareness (would be nice if it at least gave you a short list of nearby zones if it can't pinpoint you) and will not let you park for my regular zone's minimum time of 15 minutes for $0.25. It forces a 1 hour ($1.00) minimum which is about 4 times as long as I'm actually parked most times ### 1/5 — Stop using “gotcha” tactics *2018-05-03, version 1.0.0* A recent update has defaulted the app to giving you maximum parking time unless you change it, which can be several dollars if it’s early in the day. They also started your time from the moment you select a parking zone. This Is only maybe a minute, but good lord, how cheap can you be? Additionally, it should know based on your location which zone you’re in, as several other parking apps do. There are some places in Hartford where the parking zone isn’t visible from your car. ### 2/5 — Ehh.. *2017-10-24, version 1.0.0* It’s a great idea! I’ve been waiting for an app to come out for parking but so far for a month I’ve used it and I’ve gotten 2 tickets. I have to go through the appeal process which is a pain! Either out of network, or can’t add card, etc ### 1/5 — Impossible to register *2025-05-27, version 9.4.3* Never received the confirmation code needed to register. Tried to use the alternative method and nothing worked. Used a parking lot instead as I couldn't pay for the on street parking. ### 1/5 — Broken app *2024-09-28, version 1.1.0* As of today September 28 2024, the app says invalid pin when creating an account even if the 4 digits is introduced correctly. ### 1/5 — Terrible app *2024-05-06, version 1.1.0* App has not been updated in 3 years and doesn’t accept Apple Pay. ### 1/5 — App is broken *2023-12-23, version 1.1.0* Can't even signup. Asks you to put in 4 digit pin, and the confirm pin page says incorrect pin no matter what you do. ### 1/5 — It’s dumb *2023-07-18, version 1.1.0* I’m trying to create an account it lets your enter the email , then ask to create a pin but when you have to re enter the pin to confirm it automatically rejects it stating it’s incorrect. How ?????? Also I just got new phone so I guess this number was used before so that’s a no go uuuugh and when it’s says it doesn’t keep the data after deletions LIES !!!!!! ### 1/5 — Hardly ever works *2023-03-27, version 1.1.0* This app glitches so frequently that it’s impossible to use. It will kick you out of your profile between sessions or won’t allow you to create a new session without giving an error code. This app is suppose to be a easier and a more convenient alternative to using the meters on the street but it’s glitches make it difficult to use. Their support chat box is not helpful as all they suggest is uninstalling and reinstalling the app - which I have done many times. Also it’s a scam that you can only pay 2 hours at a time. ### 1/5 — PIN *2023-02-22, version 1.1.0* Not able to set up pin ### 1/5 — Error *2022-08-30, version 1.1.0* Keeps telling me error or network issue. Won’t let me pay for parking. ### 1/5 — Glitch when creating pin *2021-05-03, version 1.1.0* Very frustrating, but it just won’t let me get past the “create pin” page. Every attempt to confirm the chosen 4 digit pin is followed by a “wrong pin” warning.
