They really need to change their IT dept or something. This app will always crash, never open properly, will tell you to call the bank, lag, and get worse every update. I am really considering changing banks because of this. Also, the some pages do not fit your screen. App shows transactions about half the time. Gives options to add an external account, which is verified, but when attempting to move funds, it fails and says to call main customer service line. Nobody picks up the call and it never goes to auto-attendant. Since I’ve had this app for over 3 years now it constantly won’t show all my accounts and I’m not happy with the checking as they force me to have an account but I don’t even have checks or a debit card because they claim I can’t spend money outside of California.
