I have banked with Woori since 2001, and I can’t remember when they started using their app. Yet, out of all the bank apps I have had, this one has the most glitches. :(

Don’t bother trying to do it yourself. You’ll need to go back to the back 100%. The password could be right but it’ll still say it’s wrong. I bet it happens to all foreigners. Inconvenient, really racist app.

I’ve been a Woori Bank customer since 2001. Last year, there was an update that made the app buggy and has failed to open properly on quite a few times. I called to get help but had to quite because of all the steps they needed me to take. I hope the bank reads this and fixes their app. Thanks!
