Keeps asking me to pay? Also recently Im unable to hold connection to camera. Either it connects then drops or doesn’t connect at all. I got this app, and they don’t work…. I have literally spent days trying every different configurations and every different method possible to connect this Zigby gateway and it will do absolutely nothing…. Not sure who’s at fault as far as the company who makes the system or the ones who have the app, but considering one requires the other, and they don’t work I consider them both at fault….. so here I am with two security systems that will probably become paperweights because from what I have read, there is no customer service and just about everybody is having same problems…. I follow all of the instructions to a T and it just will not connect to the zigbee hub. It just keeps trying to connect to my neighbors devices overriding any other options.
