I got this app, and they don’t work…. I have literally spent days trying every different configurations and every different method possible to connect this Zigby gateway and it will do absolutely nothing…. Not sure who’s at fault as far as the company who makes the system or the ones who have the app, but considering one requires the other, and they don’t work I consider them both at fault….. so here I am with two security systems that will probably become paperweights because from what I have read, there is no customer service and just about everybody is having same problems…. But hey, someone’s getting rich off of us blowing money on useless products, so that makes it OK in their eyes right? ### 1/5 — So frustrating! *2023-04-13, version 1.0.2* I just bought an alarm system and the booklet says this app is required. I follow all of the instructions to a T and it just will not connect to the zigbee hub. It just keeps trying to connect to my neighbors devices overriding any other options. There is also no adequate customer service to get ahold of. Then I found the app inside a package of wickets?? I don’t like email customer support it’s just too much back-and-forth and not understanding each other.
