Prenoti una corsa che viene poi annullata ed invece di stornare la transazione di pagamento la mantengono e poi ti accreditano l’importo nell’account. Apri la app per contattare il servizio clienti, e dopo aver tappato contattaci all’interno dell’app si apre una pagina web che ti dice di scaricare l’app. Quindi è impossibile contattare il servizio clienti. Bellissima idea, pessima esecuzione.
