The articles are well written, and mostly non biased. Lost one star because I won’t read anything with a ‘Brad Petersham’ byline. And check yesterday's answers? All sections have week old or weeks old articles! I am dissatisfied and disappointed that entire app and sections are not “ Au Courant” nor interesting for the 2d largest city in the state. There aren’t enough national news items featured. Nor are there enough local topics of interest! The repetitive news items, columnists and sections do not provide me with newsworthy information as do Boston Globe, Washington Post, New York Times subscriptions. The few articles of local interest are only reason I keep subscription, but, they do not satisfy my needs to know!! Obituaries are current but that’s it! Also, very annoyed with the real estate transaction section that is a confusing set up and not easy to follow. Please review your app and look at it from my perspective! I do not feel satisfied when I try to find something that is informative and newsworthy. You need more columnists and journalists who can really give your readers what we deserve. I have deleted the app and reinstalled it and it worked once before locking up again. I am running the app on an iPad, which prior to the new program worked flawlessly. ### 1/5 — Balky *2024-02-03, version 7.5.1* Always slow, balky and freezing. The T&G app stinks. ### 2/5 — Not so user friendly *2024-02-02* I already pay for my newspaper subscription but now I’m interrupted by embedded ads. And the pop up ads are so poorly done! The whole screen goes dark for a few seconds, the ad appears, sometimes the ad can be dismissed with the “x” but others force you t watch the content before the “x” appears. This new app doesn’t work. All I get is a blank page for the newspaper. I don’t particularly like the rest of the stuff or the pop up ads. Please bring the other app back. The real issue is that we have 2 iPad Air devices that cannot upgrade to iOS 16. When I delete the app and install it again, it knows that I have an older iOS and it downloads an older version of the app. I can read the enewspaper but the next time I use the app I cannot read it. I still subscribe despite moving to Florida a few years ago. The T&G provides me with news of Worcester, its communities, the country and the world. I particularly enjoy the human interest stories, the editorials and the faith section.
