Booking an advance trip is very difficult to navigate in the app. In my opinion it needs a lot of improvement. I consider myself to be app/software enabled but I dread trying to book a journey in the WoD app. I would go as far as to say that it would be impossible for a pensioner to use it to book a journey in the. I then tried to delete the account so that my personal details weren’t being held. Almost two weeks later it is apparently still ‘trying’. The App Support sends you to the WCC Web site and there is no sign of any app support there either.
