I play the tournament every weekend, but there are some major problems. First, I can’t see the scoreboard 90% of the time. It just spins around and says I’m in 12th. Don’t tell me it’s the WiFi connection because mine is fine. Second, I’ve gotten so many levels where my score is single-digits or low double-digits. I remember when every level was at least 20-25. It takes the fun out of the game. Third, I think there are bots who play. Every time Mike A plays, he wins, but when you look at his profile, it always says zero wins. I don’t think Mike A is a real person. If these issues persist, I’m going to be forced to stop playing and delete the app, which disappoints me since I’ve enjoying playing. Update: The scoreboard has been inaccessible for the past six hours. Absolutely unacceptable! Please do something to correct whatever is wrong with the tournament scoreboard. All I’ve gotten for the last several hours is a spinning circle. However: they have broken it completely with extended (more than two minutes each) ads before you can even start. And for the last two days, there is no way out of the ad - no x or end ever appears, just a black screen- even after 4 minutes! (The longest I am willing to wait!) so I am done and will find a working game. Sad. ### 3/5 — Big glitches *2026-08-02, version 2.8.3* I used to really love this game and I still do if it would work. The big problem is on the weekend when they have the tournament, you can’t see your status—half the time you’re stuck in 12th place no matter how long you play. Sometimes you can see what place you’re actually in and you tap on it but it just spins and spins and spins. It takes away the fun if you can’t see your stats. Yes, I have restarted my device. Yes, I have deleted the game and reloaded it. Nothing fixes this bug. And especially disappointed with those that have mistreatment of humans or show them in terrible situations that can’t be remedied. I’m talking about Solitaire Ocean, Solitaire 3D Fish, Solitaire Story & even the Royal Match game & spin offs. I’m truly over these ads & having to look away from them. I have my sound turned off on the game too, but several ads do not respect that, including some of these. Remember that one person writing about this is representative of how thousands of people feel. I want to see these kinds of ads removed & my sound preference being honored!! I have played your game for quite a few years now & really enjoy it, except for the choice of ads & sound issues. I like the game play. Each level takes about 20 seconds with some up to a minute. So after 20 seconds of game play you have 30-60 seconds of ads. To make it even worse, it is the same ad over and over. Yes I know I could subscribe to get rid of ads. I play other games with ads and I can clearly say no one else wastes 60% of your time on ads. Just knowing their thought process is so skewed prevents me from subscribing. At the age I am at, I am starting to learn harder words like extraordinary, this game helps to build up my vocabulary and get to the harder words. It really is a peaceful game, it doesn’t need internet to play. There are ads but the ads are worth it. I already got 3 games from the ads. And they help you get extra coins for free !
