If so let us know!! ### 3/5 — Level unsolvable *2020-01-15, version 1.3* I also have come across an issue that can not be solved. The word “butter” appears twice in a puzzle. When you try to input the second “butter” it tells you to try another combination. There are no other combinations. Therefore I am unable to move on. I also have sent a few emails and have not received a response. Honestly, I loved this game and worked on puzzles daily. But I am very disappointed with the tech team that cannot resolve the issue or even respond. You will get hooked. You also will be dissatisfied when you reach chapter 56 level 548 ### 2/5 — Stuck *2019-10-11, version 1.3* Interesting but has a great fault. There’s no way to complete a puzzle when you can’t rewrite a word that is correct but makes it impossible to get the other words. I used the hints and it showed that it was impossible to connect the first two letters in the hint. Now I can’t ever go on. There should be a way to reorder the found word that is correct. That quit working a couple of weeks ago, and now with the app removed and reinstalled the option is completely gone. On July 4, 2019 a reviewer commented that Level 548 was insolvable due to the fact that the word butter appears twice. The game’s software will not allow the second butter to be played, even if you “buy” all of the letters. Multiple players have written to the game’s support staff with no response. There is a glitch and it's not actually possible to solve the puzzle without using points/hints for letters. I used 900-1000 points to get to the end of the puzzle and confirmed it wasn't possible to solve without using points/hints. Same for level 234. Went through around 1000 points just to show it couldn't be solved. However some valid words are not recognized by the puzzle and that doesn’t seem fair. I also have seen some strange words in puzzles that I’ve never used before. So now I cannot advance to the next level. Hope this gets fixed, as I enjoy playing this game daily. However I’ve encountered a glitch on level 396; I found the first word then the fifth word and both words came up on the grid below and the letters “fell” from the cube. Although I got the answers to the other words by using hints I could not solve the problems as I was not able to join the letters in the correct sequence as they were not adjacent to each other!! Now I am at a stalemate and very frustrated as I cannot move on!!!
