## What is Word Domino?

Designed with a speech therapist, this fun letter game is available for the whole family.

It allows children from 6 years old to work on their vocabulary and reading skills, as well as mental organisation and scanning.

The grownups will improve their mental alertness.

The goal of the game : build words with the proposed syllables. In each game, words belong to a specific category.

- 3 difficulty levels
- more than 600 different words to find amongst 28 categories : animals, trees, fruits, vegetables, clothes, furniture, musical instruments...
- possibility to play with english, french, german and spanish words
- new vocal synthesis function : words are spoken once they are found. This requires your device to be connected to the internet
- multiple player profiles, with a follow up of the games
- Game Center access

Spielidee ist gut, aber Umsetzung schlecht. Wenn ich bei der Kategorie Gemüse das Wort Lauch und das Wort Mais als zweisilbige Wörter dargeboten bekomme, lernt das Kind gleich falsch, da es sich um einsilbige Wörter handelt. Eine Unterstützung mit Bildern wäre auch noch eine sinnvolle Idee.

Une application sympa que j’utilisais avec mes enfants pour renforcer la lecture. Malheureusement, depuis quelques temps l’appli plante une fois que l’on sélectionne le joueur : retour direct sur l’écran d’accueil d’iPad os. Impossible de l’utiliser pour le moment ce qui est bien malheureux. En espérant une mise à jour rapide pour pouvoir réutiliser cette appli que j’ai payée.
