And honestly I didn’t hate it (when it worked properly). It’s very similar to other word games. However, it literally freezes up every single time I open it now. The only way I can get it to work again is to turn the app off. It is up to date on updates. My only suggestion is- don’t get invested in this game. What is up with the “rewards” that just solve a huge chunk of the puzzle with no place that I can indicate I don’t want that to happen? Also, the quantity of ads now is absolutely inane. It is practically unplayable. Also, the amount of items that can no longer be unlocked by playing a puzzle (how it used to be) and instead are ONLY accessible through watching a video (to do the repair, not even for the premium items, how it was before) is RIDICULOUS! I played this game in 2021 and it was great, I had none of these complaints. How much money did you get to totally destroy this game? Only mobile game I’ve ever really played, got on here to show my friend, and it’s literally unplayable. So disappointed. ### 1/5 — The amount of ads is beyond a joke *2025-11-29* The game itself is fine and the stages, challenges etc are great. The storyline however: upgrading a farm - would be ok but you spend more time watching ads than completing it. As you play the game, you earn shovels and coins. There are lots of stages to update your farm and each stage has 10 or so tasks to do. For each task, you can watch an ad or use 1-2 shovels to do it. You might then get options such as the colour of the barn: 1 is free, 1 uses coins, 1 to watch an ad. Is that the only ads? Of course not. You get another ad popping up as you complete 3 or so tasks. It wouldn’t be so bad if these ads weren’t ridiculously long and repetitive - 1-2 minutes and at the end of it, you’re not done because 2 more screens pop up and you have to wait for each one to let you close them. I’m aware it’s annoying to get you to pay for no ads but I have no idea where that option is. I’m pretty sure the strategy is to annoy you with so many ads that when an in game ad pops up to pay for a period of time without ads, you’ll do it Considering the point of downloading the game was to play the word games, you’ll be doing that about 10% of the time and the rest is frustratingly slow storyline progression unless you pay. ### 1/5 — Unwanted rewards *2025-10-25, version 7.13.0* This game keeps forcing me to watch multiple minute long ads for a reward of 10 coins that I don’t even want. Every time I finish a level I am immediately brought to an ad that I cannot skip and when it is over I receive 10 coins. I am not clicking anything to get this reward nor do I want it in the first place.
