Additional info: It’s been a month, and it’s still not opening. I’m highly suspicious that once they con you into an ad-free exchange, they freeze you out. ### 1/5 — Very Poor Customer Service *2023-06-15* Have had issues with losing games I never played, not getting credit for all of my wins and a few other issues I contacted them about and never got any response. Instead of giving us the letters to unscramble, it shows nothing and forces you into forfeiting your turn! Have emailed maker and haven’t received reply. I have also experienced issues when connecting with friends, I can play the first game out of three and when it’s my turn I get a blank page and have to exit out not allowing me to complete the 3 rounds.
