Bug Fixes & Improvements:

Leaderboard Sync: Fixed an issue where the Game Center global leaderboard could get stuck in a "Sign In Required" state even after successful authentication. The leaderboard now updates automatically and correctly retro-syncs your best local score to Game Center upon signing in.
Word Validation: Fixed an issue where the game required words to be at least 4 letters long. You can now select and play valid 3-letter words.

### 1.1 — 2026-02-25

- Explicit Game Center Prompts: The "Global" leaderboard now displays a custom UI prompting the user to sign in if Game Center authentication is required but missing.
Retroactive Score Syncing: The game now automatically and silently pushes your absolute highest offline/local score to Game Center once you successfully authenticate.
- Centralized Authentication Flow: We restructured LeaderboardService to be the sole handler of the Game Center login window, repairing a bug where the retroactive sync logic was being overwritten and ignored.
- Animated Grid Scrolling: GameView now uses a slide transition animation when new rows appear, creating a physical "waterfall" effect that solves the drag readability issue without altering row colors.
- Rebalanced Difficulty Constants: We tightened GameConstants to spawn seed words less frequently, cap early time bonuses, enforce a minimum 4-letter word length, and smooth out the speed at which the grid scroll accelerates.
